Coastal Duplex Development
Working closely with our clients, this coastal duplex development was completed in approximately eight months, including the Christmas shutdown period.
Throughout the project, we worked together to refine the finishes, fixtures and detailing to create a relaxed coastal feel. A light, neutral palette was paired with warm timber tones and brushed gold tapware and fixtures, bringing warmth and character while maintaining a fresh, open feel throughout each home.
The result is a pair of contemporary coastal homes that feel bright, welcoming and perfectly suited to relaxed coastal living — thoughtfully designed, beautifully finished and built to stand the test of time.
