Hamptons Coastal Duplex
Designed to maximize a compact site without compromising on comfort, this custom eight-bedroom, six-bathroom duplex pair combines Hamptons-inspired detailing with a relaxed coastal aesthetic.
Dulux Natural White brings a subtle warmth throughout each home, complemented by light timber flooring, brushed gold fixtures and fittings, and generous ceiling heights to create a bright, open and welcoming feel.
Careful consideration was given to every square metre of the site, allowing us to maintain generously sized bedrooms and living areas while creating a natural connection between indoors and out. The main living spaces open directly onto compact yet highly functional backyards, each complete with a 3 x 2.5 metre plunge pool.
Although designed as a duplex development, the intention was for each residence to feel like a genuine family home rather than one half of a development — spacious, private and comfortable enough for everyday living, while equally suited to relaxed coastal holidays and short-term accommodation.
The result is a pair of warm, inviting coastal homes that demonstrate what can be achieved through thoughtful custom design, even when working within the constraints of a smaller site.
