Coming soon to Casuarina Beachside, this custom residence is a modern, luxurious interpretation of Mediterranean architecture, designed to bring together natural materials, refined detailing and relaxed coastal living.
Moving away from the more traditional rustic Mediterranean aesthetic, the home will feature a sophisticated palette of hand-selected white limestone, travertine, warm natural finishes and chevron-laid oak flooring, complemented by soft curves and considered architectural detailing throughout.
Minimum three-metre ceilings will create a generous sense of scale, stepping to approximately 3.4 metres through the rear living areas to work with the natural contours of the site and further enhance the feeling of space. Custom double-glazed cavity stacking doors with zero-threshold transitions will seamlessly connect the main living areas to the alfresco, where limestone crazy paving continues around a beautifully contoured swimming pool and integrated spa.
Opening to the eastern backyard and adjoining nature reserve, the home has been designed to embrace its beachside setting and connection to the nearby coastal track.
Internally, Italian-designed and manufactured cabinetry, an Italian-designed lift manufactured in Australia, integrated smart-home technology and carefully selected natural materials will bring another layer of craftsmanship and refinement to the home.
Every element is being considered to create a residence that feels luxurious without being overstated — a contemporary take on Mediterranean living, designed specifically for the relaxed character of Casuarina Beachside.
